Join us on a journey in your mind. Meditation Journey is a guided meditation that brings the student into a world of their imagination. Students will be guided by the instructor's words and visual imagery to create their own, personal healing journey.
Meditation Journey is very powerful and moving for me. I love the guided imagery and being able to travel to a new place in my mind. Jenny always says that I can return to these places whenever I would like and I sometimes do. Her classes give me a peaceful feeling and definitely help me to connect to my inner self.
