At Mindful Dreamers, we believe that the body has an innate capacity to heal itself. Our vision is to help guide our clients and students to restore balance and harmony in body, mind, and soul. Mindful Dreamers offers healing sessions and mindful movement classes for all ages. It is a safe space where students can grow, learn, and heal. At Mindful Dreamers, our goal is to provide students with an internal shift in mindset so that they leave with a renewed sense of purpose, a lift in spirit, and the confidence and inspiration to follow their own joy and inner light.
Calm your body and release tension with a Healing Energy Session. Clients will receive Reiki healing energy, Chakra balancing, and hand & foot reflexology to help restore balance to the body and regulate the nervous system. Leave feeling energized and relaxed.
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis in a therapeutic setting to help address physical or emotional issues. The therapist guides the client into a deeply relaxed, internally focused state. The process begins by creating a safe space using mental relaxation and guided imagery, which allows the client to explore their inner feelings and emotions. Shining this awareness helps the client better understand themselves and allows for healing.
Gain clarity, confidence, and understanding with an Angel Card Reading. Clients will receive messages of insight and guidance to help better navigate a specific situation or life in general. Angel Cards are full of hope and positivity, providing the client with a sense of capability and confidence to move forward. Angel Card Readings are intuitive readings using several angel card decks.
Somatic Movements for Relaxation is comprised of slow, mindful movements and poses to help regulate and calm the nervous system. Gentle, flowing movements and stretches make space for the student to connect within and restore balance to the body and mind.
Meditative Dance™ is a moving meditation that uses emotionally powerful music and rhythms to help create a sense of peace and calm in the body and mind. Students will move freely and release tensions and stress. Enjoy flowing movements and guided meditation set to calming music.
Connect with your body, mind, and soul with our Rest & Restore class options. Rest & Restore with slow, mindful based yoga practices and meditations used to relax the body and mind and reduce stress. Bring your nervous system into a state of regulation and healing.
Learn meditation techniques that will help you to relax and be present. Meditation Journey is a guided meditation that brings the student into a world of their imagination. Students will be guided by the instructor's words and visual imagery to create their own, personal healing journey.
